Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management

  • Manage end-to-end finance operations for Orcapod
  • Ensure financial discipline and control across departments
  • Monitor financial performance and enforce compliance with financial policies

Accounting & Financial Processes

  • Oversee accounting processes including AP, AR, payroll accounting, and reconciliations
  • Manage monthly closing activities and preparation of financial statements
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial records

Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Manage statutory reporting, tax compliance, and regulatory payments
  • Ensure adherence to applicable financial and statutory regulations

Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Engage with clients and internal leadership to ensure timely and controlled financial processes
  • Provide financial insights and analysis to support business leadership

Process Control & Improvement

  • Establish and monitor internal financial controls
  • Ensure operational processes provide accurate financial inputs
  • Identify and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
