Job Description

Financial Management: Oversee accounts, budgets, and financial control activities to meet management, statutory, and government requirements.

Accounting & Reporting: Ensure effective accounting procedures and accurate financial reporting; assist in implementing improved accounting systems.

Team Leadership: Manage, train, and mentor finance personnel; conduct performance evaluations and ensure team alignment with organizational goals.

Budgeting & Costing: Prepare annual operating and capital budgets, monitor cash flow, and develop costing manuals to define tariffs.

Policy & Compliance: Advise HODs on financial policies, ensure GST, TDS, professional tax, and forex compliance, including FEMA and Anti-Money Laundering Act.

Vendor & Creditor Management: Maintain vendor relationships, reconcile payments, and ensure timely settlements.

MIS & Analysis: Prepare monthly MIS, conduct business analysis, assist in strategy planning, and recommend cost-cutting measures.

Cross-department Coordination: Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
