Job Description

An Ideal Candidate:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial position
  • Strong knowledge of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Key Competencies:

  • Oversee accounting functions and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage general ledger, AP/AR, and month/year-end closings.
  • Prepare financial reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
  • Lead budgeting, planning, and cash flow management.
  • Develop financial policies and ensure internal controls.
  • Guide the finance team and support cross-functional decisions.
  • Handle audits, statutory reporting, and financial consolidation.
  • Drive process improvements and evaluate financial systems.
