Ensuring payments and accounting records are correct.
Bank & account reconciliation
Processing expense requests for Payments
Capable in doing invoices and deducting TDS if necessary
Preparing Expenses statement after reimbursement of excess amount from employee
Timely processing of accounts payable
Develop, implement, modify and document record keeping and accounting systems
Assist in preparing compliance reports and provide general support for the financial and accounting processes of the company.
Review prior day journals and process invoices and to help in accuracy of accounting
Advise in financial accounting duties; develop accounting procedures and resolve technical problems in executing a computerized, integrated accounting system.
