Key Responsibilities

Act as subject matter expert (SME) for finance data in the ERP transformation squad/work stream.
Ensure timely delivery and high-quality execution of all data-related deliverables.
Support the development and execution of a comprehensive data strategy in coordination with ETL teams, CDO, and functional data experts.
Identify data impacts from interconnected systems and activities outside of S/4HANA.
Collaborate across teams to input data requirements into the global financial template design.
Support data governance processes and data quality initiatives.
Monitor data metrics to ensure realization of benefits from standardized master data sets.
Address key data flow needs, including data interfaces (e.g., Workday, Data Lake, Business Warehouse).
Validate data structures, account hierarchies, and data ownership models with stakeholders.
Provide training on data-related topics to change squads and end users.
Report business data stability metrics pre- and post-deployment.
Support timely data validation and business sign-offs during data deployment.
Conduct sprint retrospectives to incorporate learnings into future cycles.
Communicate data implications and S/4HANA module functionality across related SAP modules such as Ariba and Plant Maintenance.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to process and interpret large data sets.
Proven leadership with an ability to take ownership, prioritize tasks, and resolve issues proactively.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working across cross-functional teams.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a complex and changing environment.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience

Experience supporting integrated ERP solutions including process, data, roles, and systems.
Knowledge of ERP data structures, data flow, and consolidation processes.
7+ years of experience in finance within a BP business (e.g., P&O, C&P, T&S).
Proficient in legacy finance master data (e.g., PC/CC, asset, WBS elements).
Solid knowledge of SAP ERP financial modules (AA, PS, FI, CO, AR, AP, JV, PCA).
Experience with analytical tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Joint Venture Accounting (JVA), Revenue, and PCA accounting is a plus.
Global team collaboration experience is preferred.
