Finance Controller

• Ensure compliance with US and local GAAP, tax laws, and transfer pricing regulations.

• Lead accounting, financial reporting, tax, treasury, payables, and internal audit functions.

• Manage statutory audits, tax audits, and timely submission of financial and tax filings.

• Oversee general accounting operations, including accounts payable, inventory, asset capitalization, inter-company accounting, and balance sheet reconciliations.

• Formulate and update policies and procedures in alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

• Recruit, motivate, and develop finance team members, fostering a high-performance environment.

• Implement internal controls, standard work, and process improvements to enhance operational accounting efficiency.

• Utilize systems such as Oracle, SAP BW, Business Objects, and MS Office for reporting, analysis, and process management.
