Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end finance and accounting operations, including Billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, revenue recognition, and cost accounting.
Prepare timely and accurate financial statements (monthly, quarterly, and annual) in line with statutory and management requirements.
Develop and manage company-wide budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning.
Ensure adherence to Ind AS, Direct and Indirect Taxation, and Corporate Law compliance.
Manage treasury functions, cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.
Design and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure audit readiness.
Monitor financial performance through operational metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
Oversee external audits and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies.
Mentor and lead a high-performing finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications:

Experience Expertise:

Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience
Proven leadership in a KPO, Global Delivery, or Service industry environment.
Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards, US GAAP, and IFRS.
Familiarity with US tax laws, SEC compliance, SOX regulations, and transfer pricing frameworks.
Experience managing large finance teams and working with Big 4 firms.
Demonstrated success in strategic financial planning, governance, and stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in client billing models, especially for project- or service-based contracts
