Finance Business Partner

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Act as a Finance Business Partner supporting key stakeholders within the IT domain.
• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Manage and report Profit & Loss (P&L) performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Handle month-end closure activities with accuracy and timeliness.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to align financial outcomes with operational goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and reporting standards.
• Leverage hands-on experience with SAP for reporting, analysis, and financial transactions.
