Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Functional Consultant for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations module
  • Conduct requirement gathering sessions and drive process understanding
  • Promote and implement best practices across finance processes
  • Create process blueprints and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs)
  • Prepare solution design documentation tailored to business needs
  • Develop Functional Design Documents (FDDs) for custom solutions, including functionality, reports, interfaces, enhancements, workflows, notifications, and DIXF
  • Ensure system configuration and development aligns with customer requirements
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and facilitate training sessions for end users
  • Manage change initiatives and ensure training, SOP updates, and resource readiness
  • Create test plans, acceptance criteria, and required test data sets
  • Perform master data and open balance migration/upload
  • Work closely with the client team under PwC project management supervision to monitor and resolve daily issues
  • Collaborate with L1 support teams to identify issues, provide solutions or workarounds
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and provide permanent fixes
  • Document process changes, estimate efforts, and initiate change management where applicable
  • Participate in regular status meetings (daily/weekly/monthly) to discuss support issues and resolutions
  • Handle change requests assigned by the team lead within defined SLAs
