Lead financial planning and projections for expansion into new markets.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define, refine, and implement departmental goals and strategic financial initiatives.
Conduct competitor analysis and price benchmarking to support strategic decision-making.
Drive commercial discussions and negotiations in coordination with Sales or Business SPOCs.
Forecast manpower costs and budget allocations for new market penetration.
Liaise with the Legal team to review and vet contracts and business terms.
Support the Sales team in commercial and terms discussions.
Oversee customer invoicing and payment tracking, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Optimize entity structure for business scalability and efficient funds/payments management.
Lead fundraising efforts, including:
Financial modeling
Investor communication
Due diligence (DD)
Negotiations with Venture Capital (VC) firms
Create and maintain financial projections and fundraising plans aligned with business objectives.
Execute the company's overall financial strategy and ensure alignment with business goals.
Establish and manage financial controls, accounting policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and financial integrity.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Mandatory).
Certified Public Accountant (CPA) credential is required.
Minimum 8+ years of overall experience, with 3+ years in a senior financial managerial role within IT or technology-based companies.
SaaS industry experience is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in global entity structuring and financial planning.
Hands-on experience with VC fundraising, including due diligence and term negotiations, is a strong plus.
