Finance and Accounting Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Review month-end close functions and perform balance sheet analysis
• Handle complex journals including revenue recognition
• Prepare reporting dashboards and resolve open items
• Participate in month-end close meetings with retained teams
• Train and mentor team members on RTR processes
• Perform daily reporting and drive continuous improvement
• Interact with clients via governance calls
• Ensure SLA adherence and compliance
• Functional experience with ERP systems is preferred
