Field Trainer – Kerala

• Monitor and support retail sales & operations teams to achieve training objectives

• Develop and deliver training materials for beauty products (Makeup, Skincare, Fragrances, Accessories)

• Facilitate engaging classes, identify learner gaps, and recommend improvements

• Organize training schedules and manage curriculum based on regional needs

• Conduct soft skills, product refresher, grooming, and etiquette sessions

• Participate in Train-The-Trainer programs to upskill self as per business requirements

• Evaluate BA performance and training program effectiveness

• Adhere to MIS, SOPs, training trackers, and performance reporting

• Maintain professional image and positive collaboration with cross-functional teams
