Field Staff

Conduct active TB case finding through house-to-house visits, screening camps, and outreach activities

Provide health education and awareness on TB transmission, symptoms, and prevention

Facilitate sputum sample collection and support diagnostic processes

Support treatment adherence through counselling and regular patient follow-ups

Conduct contact tracing and screening of close contacts

Monitor treatment progress and address patient-level barriers

Collect and report data on TB cases, treatment outcomes, and field activities

Assist in implementation of digital health reporting systems

Coordinate with local health authorities and program leads
