Field Service Trainee

• Assist service engineers in pre-installation activities, equipment demonstrations, and field service operations.

• Support installation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance of single-use and chromatography equipment.

• Travel within the city and nearby locations to support customer service requirements.

• Attend service calls independently or along with senior engineers and ensure timely issue resolution.

• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and service activity records.

• Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Use basic service tools and follow organizational processes for reporting, escalation, and service activities.
