Field Service Engineer,

Conduct onsite installation, commissioning, and maintenance of our products at customer sites. ❖ Diagnose technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement effective solutions to ensure the smooth operation of equipment. ❖ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address complex technical problems and escalate issues when necessary. ❖ Execute regular preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment. ❖ Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service requests, maintaining open communication channels to manage expectations and provide updates. ❖ Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, including service reports, logs, and IQ,OQ & PQ of the instruments. ❖ Train customers on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of products, empowering them to maximize the benefits of our offerings. ❖ Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or recommending additional products/services based on customer needs. ❖ Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and technological advancements to provide informed technical support. ❖ Adhere to company guidelines and protocols while working onsite, ensuring a safe environment for both customers and colleagues
