Field Service Engineer

• Candidates should possess practical experience in maintaining semiconductor equipment.
• It is advantageous to have prior hands-on experience with any semiconductor equipments.
• Perform Installation & Commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting semiconductor manufacturing tools and equipments.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to minimize downtime and ensure uninterrupted production.
• Plan and execute the installation of semiconductor equipment, including site preparation, tool placement, and assembly.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment delivery, installation, and technical support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality departments.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, troubleshooting logs, and technical specifications.
• Conduct equipment installations, calibrations, and upgrades as required.
• Work closely with equipment suppliers for technical support, spares procurement, and system improvements.
• Follow safety guidelines and adhere to cleanroom protocols during all activities.

Skills:

• Good to have Level 3 FSE (Functional Safety Engineer) certification.
• Hands-on experience in any semiconductor manufacturing equipment (e.g., Deposition, PVD/CVD, etching, Clean, metrology, Lithography, diffusion tools etc.,).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills to resolve technical equipment issues.
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and cleanroom standards is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and equipment manuals.
