Field Sales Executive
Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Achieve assigned sales and collection targets.
• Conduct effective fieldwork while maintaining the set call average.
• Build and maintain relationships with stockist distributors and chemists.
• Provide product information and deliver samples to clients.
• Attend sales meetings, conference calls, and training sessions.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and pursue business opportunities with new customers and clients.
• Develop dealer and distributor networks and maintain good relations with current and potential customers.
• Retain existing markets by maintaining close client relationships.
• Conduct market research and identify prospects through continuous cold calls.
• Promote a positive image of the organization and its products/services.
• Report developments in the marketplace and competitor activities.
• Identify and advise on new market opportunities.
• Assist with the development and launch of new products/services.
• Explore potential customers, reaching out to hospitals and other relevant areas regularly.
• Follow up continuously, conduct demonstrations if necessary, and negotiate to close orders.
• Ensure prompt after-sales support for clients.
• Monitor progress and completion of all sales activities and provide regular updates on sales and marketing.
