Job Description

Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies aimed at driving revenue growth and expanding market presence. Align strategies with organizational objectives to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through detailed market research, industry networking, and competitor analysis. Proactively generate leads and convert prospects into long-term clients.

Team Leadership & Mentoring

  • Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide guidance, training, and performance feedback to ensure consistent team growth and success.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Market Analysis & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct ongoing market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Monitor competitor activity to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure alignment of sales initiatives. Prepare and present regular sales reports, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
