Field Sales Engineer – Engineering & Manufacturing Industry

We are hiring a Field Sales Engineer to drive business development and customer engagement in the manufacturing and engineering sector. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, sales, and fieldwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, target, and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation
• Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM and industrial clients
• Understand customer needs and present customized engineering solutions
• Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and sales presentations
• Track market trends and competitor activities to enhance business opportunities
• Provide technical consultation and after-sales support to customers
• Collaborate internally with product and engineering teams to close deals
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client meeting updates regularly

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 2+ years of field sales experience in OEMs or manufacturing industries
• Strong technical understanding of industrial products and engineering solutions
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
• Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and field sales
