Field Sales Engineer – Engineering & Manufacturing Industry

We are hiring a Field Sales Engineer to drive business development and customer engagement in the manufacturing and engineering sector. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about technology, sales, and fieldwork.

  • Identify, target, and develop new customers through field visits, cold calling, and lead generation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing OEM and industrial clients.
  • Understand customer needs and present customized engineering solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, technical discussions, and sales presentations.
  • Track market trends and competitor activities to enhance business opportunities.
  • Provide technical consultation and after-sales support to customers.
  • Collaborate internally with product and engineering teams to close deals.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and client meeting updates regularly.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required.
  • 2+ years of field sales experience in OEMs or manufacturing industries is essential.
  • Strong technical understanding of industrial products and engineering solutions is necessary.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is required.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and field sales.
