Job Description
- Plan, organize, and oversee daily field activities to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise and guide field staff to ensure efficient performance and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress or service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and vendors.
- Collect and report on market data, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, logistics) for smooth execution of field tasks.
- Resolve on-site issues and escalate critical problems as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards during field operations.
- Prepare detailed field reports and present findings to management.
