Field Engineer I

Roles & Responsibilities

• Capture and understand customer technical and product requirements, particularly regarding battery functionality and usage in terminal and host devices, and ensure smooth knowledge transfer to internal teams.
• Assist in administering technical and functional aspects of proposals to customers.
• Troubleshoot system applications based on customer requests and resolve engineering issues related to hardware and application systems.
• Build strong working relationships with customers' technical staff.
• Prepare records, data, and documents for product presentations; support the sales team in organizing demonstrations and training sessions.
• Provide technical training on customer-specific applications of engineering products in development stages.
• Perform other duties as required.
