Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Officer (Fresher) to manage on-field collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting outstanding payments, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers/clients to collect pending payments

Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery

Maintain accurate records of collections and receipts

Coordinate with internal teams for payment updates

Handle customer queries related to payments professionally

Ensure compliance with company policies during field visits

Submit daily/weekly collection reports

Eligibility Criteria:

Fresher or up to 1 year of experience can apply

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

Basic communication skills (local language preferred)

Willingness to travel locally

Two-wheeler & valid driving license preferred

Required Skills:

Good communication and negotiation skills

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / mobile apps

Ability to handle customers politely

Time management and discipline
