Field Collection Associate

Key Responsibilities

Customer Payment Follow-up

• Follow up with customers regarding overdue payments through calls, visits, and other communication channels to ensure timely collections.

Collection Activity Management

• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, customer interactions, and payment updates.

Repayment Negotiation

• Negotiate repayment plans with customers to facilitate recovery of outstanding dues while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Aging Report Monitoring

• Monitor aging reports such as 30/60/90-day outstanding reports to track pending payments and prioritize recovery actions.

Dispute Resolution

• Identify and resolve billing or payment-related disputes by coordinating with internal teams and customers.

Target Achievement

• Meet assigned monthly collection targets and ensure consistent improvement in collection performance.

Escalation Management

• Escalate long-pending or critical cases to the legal team or management for further action.
