Field Application Specialist – Cell Culture Media

• Provide on-site and remote technical support for Cytiva's cell culture portfolio (HyClone media, serum, supplements, and upstream bioreactor workflows).

• Troubleshoot cell growth, productivity, media performance, contamination, and scale-up challenges; provide experimental design guidance and recommendations.

• Conduct customer training, hands-on demos, and application workshops for R&D, PD, QC, and manufacturing teams.

• Support pre-sales activities including technology evaluations, product trials, and solution recommendations; map customer needs to Cytiva offerings.

• Optimize workflows related to CHO and HEK cell line culture, media selection, seed train development, single-use bioreactor adoption, and scale-up strategies.

• Document findings, generate technical reports, and provide regional technical insights to commercial and product management teams.

• Act as a technical liaison for customer feedback, industry trends, and competitive insights; participate in conferences, seminars, and collaborations across India.

• Travel extensively (60–70% within territory/locations, including overnight trips).
