Job Description
The Back Office Executive will manage and maintain company data, ensuring accurate record-keeping and supporting smooth administrative operations within the chemical industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, organize, and update company data in databases and spreadsheets.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal teams.
- Support day-to-day administrative activities as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
