Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
- Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team.
- Follow up on meetings conducted by the field sales team and update status accordingly.
- Maintain accurate data and records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Prior experience in tele-sales, lead generation, or sales coordination is preferred.
- Ability to maintain organized records and multitask efficiently.
- Proactive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
