Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to promote products or services.
  • Follow up with potential clients to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Schedule meetings and appointments for the field sales team.
  • Follow up on meetings conducted by the field sales team and update status accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate data and records of leads, calls, and customer interactions.
  • Handle inbound calls and assist customers with queries.
  • Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Prior experience in tele-sales, lead generation, or sales coordination is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain organized records and multitask efficiently.
  • Proactive attitude with a target-driven mindset.
