Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, including C2H (Contract-to-Hire) and Permanent Hiring.
• Source high-quality candidates with expertise in IT skills and technologies.
• Handle domestic clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of recruitment services.
• Manage recruitment operations independently and provide guidance to junior recruiters.
• Drive bulk hiring campaigns and ensure successful closure within timelines.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and coordinate interview schedules with clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
