Female Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (IT)

• Handle end-to-end IT recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates

• Work on niche IT skill hiring such as SAP, Frontend, Backend, Java, and other technologies

• Manage both Contract to Hire (C2H) and Permanent hiring requirements

• Perform job postings, mass mailing, sourcing, and screening using job portals

• Maintain strong client coordination and ensure timely delivery of requirements

• Achieve monthly hiring targets and ensure strong closures

• Handle multiple requirements across industries like IT, Automotive, Embedded, Engineering, and Healthcare

• For Team Lead role: manage and mentor a team of 7–8 recruiters and oversee performance
