• Handle end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for IT roles

• Source candidates through job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Monster

• Identify and hire candidates with skills in SAP, Frontend, Backend, Java, and other technologies

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements

• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates

• Manage weekday and weekend interview drives

• Maintain candidate database and ensure consistent closures
