Job Description
- Verify and upgrade new artist profiles and manage exclusive talent accounts.
- Identify prospective artists and guide them to optimize their profiles.
- Maintain company database of artists and client records.
- Manage artist transactions, budgets, and negotiations for projects.
- Arrange and conduct meetings, auditions, workshops, and portfolio shoots.
- Liaise with clients, management, and artists to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor artist progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Develop and manage artists' brands, including merchandising and digital resources.
- Schedule tours, shows, and non-musical appearances such as interviews or film roles.
- Advise on contracts and negotiate gig agreements.
- Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and maintaining archives of show materials.
- Collaborate with marketing and booking teams for project execution.
