Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales & Promotion: Present, promote, and sell FASTag confidently to prospective dealers.
- Dealer Relationship Management: Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships with all dealers.
- Sales Funnel Management: Maintain and track the sales funnel, including current dealerships, existing clients, and potential leads towards closure.
- Target Achievement: Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled timeline.
- Activation Monitoring: Keep abreast of FASTag activations happening at respective dealerships.
- New Channel Development: Identify and develop new sales channels, such as insurance agents.
- Market Analysis: Analyze the territory/market potential, track sales performance, and prepare daily status reports (DPR).
- Lead Generation: Build a database of car dealerships and generate leads through cold calling.
- Issue Resolution: Coordinate with back-office teams to resolve customer queries, dealer issues, and manage KYC processes.
- Coordination: Act as a liaison between dealerships and company management in case of discrepancies.
