Fashion Designer/Assistant Fashion Designer (NIFT)

Qualifications and Skills:

• A degree in Fashion Design or a related field from NIFT or a recognized fashion institute.
• 2-4 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design skills and technical proficiency.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
• Excellent understanding of garment construction, pattern making, and textiles.
• Strong attention to detail with a keen eye for color, texture, and aesthetics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Knowledge of sustainable and ethical fashion practices is a plus.
