Fashion Designer

Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA
• 3+ Years of experience
• Experience in Retail will be preferred.
• Adobe Illustrator and Coral Required

Key Result Areas

• Organization and maintenance of design development including tech-packs artworks, trims sheet fabric worksheets, initial development.
• Work closely with Design Directors to create concepts, select color stories and develop fabrics, prints trim and graphics.
• Executing the overall development process by making sure all development of styles is on calendar in time for sales meetings and market week
• Trends forecasting, creating color boards and mood boards, range development and sampling for all categories.
• Work with the stitching master and tailors to ensure design protocols are being followed.
