Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage all food and beverage operations and daily activities within budgeted guidelines and quality standards.
- Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
- Design attractive menus, manage procurement of goods, and implement continuous improvements.
- Identify customer needs and proactively resolve concerns to enhance guest experience.
- Lead the F&B team by recruiting, training, evaluating, and retaining skilled personnel.
- Set operational targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Foster a positive ownership-driven work environment with strong focus on motivation and teamwork.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance, productivity, and operational efficiency to management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
- Strong understanding of menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
- Ability to manage teams and drive service excellence.
- Experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
