Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Manage all food and beverage operations and daily activities within budgeted guidelines and quality standards.
  • Ensure high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction across all service touchpoints.
  • Design attractive menus, manage procurement of goods, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Identify customer needs and proactively resolve concerns to enhance guest experience.
  • Lead the F&B team by recruiting, training, evaluating, and retaining skilled personnel.
  • Set operational targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and standard operating procedures.
  • Foster a positive ownership-driven work environment with strong focus on motivation and teamwork.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance, productivity, and operational efficiency to management.

Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in food and beverage operations or hospitality management.
  • Strong understanding of menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.
  • Ability to manage teams and drive service excellence.
  • Experience in budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
