Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and maintain the highest service standards.
  • Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
  • Design exceptional menus, purchase goods, and implement continuous improvements.
  • Identify customer needs and respond proactively to their concerns.
  • Lead the F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training, and appraising personnel.
  • Establish targets, KPIs, schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote two-way communication and nurture an ownership environment emphasizing motivation and teamwork.
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations.
  • Report on sales results, productivity, and operational performance to management.
