Customer Service Representative (F&B)
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Provide product information (ingredients, pricing, availability).
- Assist customers with orders, recommendations, and issue resolution.
- Process orders accurately and coordinate with kitchen/delivery teams.
- Collect customer feedback and share insights for service improvement.
Restaurant Captain
- Supervise waitstaff, bartenders, and service staff; ensure adherence to service standards.
