F&A - Order To cash/Record To Report

Key Deliverables:

• Manage end-to-end OTC process and ensure timely collections
• Handle customer billing queries and cash application accuracy
• Prepare general ledger entries and perform reconciliations
• Oversee financial transaction recording within OTC systems

Role Responsibilities:

• Drive accuracy in O2C processes and improve cash flow cycles
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams for dispute resolution
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and reports
• Support month-end close and finance compliance activities
