Factory/Yard/Port Quality Inspector

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for Supplier Quality Control of Blade Manufacturing and Blades Final inspection aligned QAP, ITP, Customer requirements
• Identify and resolve Blades field failures causes and action to overcome during Manufacturing
• Understanding Rotor Blade flaw detection and repair process pre molding, molding, demolding to final product finishing
• Blades Site or field QC and inspection support experience will add advantages
• Blade RM understanding and related inspection also will be an advantage
• Wind Rotor Blade Manufacturing in-process and Finish Blade Quality Inspection and Product, Process Audit experience is added advantage
• Work at Blade Manufacturing Site, Factory as Resident Quality Management and Supervise to ensure from R2P Quality Control (Raw material to final Product)
• Manage Blade QC to meet Envision's requirements
• Participate Product, Process, System Audit at supplier side according to yearly plan and during the New Supplier Introduction
• Report daily and weekly basis the Work Progress and Main Defects, Issues to Line Supervisor and Category DQE Lead

Job Requirement with Education & Experience:

• Diploma or Degree in Polymer or Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Industry work experience in Wind Blade manufacturing is preferred
• 5–7 years experience with Supplier Quality and Development, Supplier Continuous Improvement or Quality Assurance with 1 to 2-year Wind Sector experience of handling above components especially Blade, GFRP and Internal parts preferred
• Expertise and Subject Matter Knowledge on Blade IQC, IPQ, FGQ Defects is MUST
• QC support in NDT Testing work experience will add an advantage
• Result orientation with a strong self-drive mindset
• Attitude to learn and adopt and work new skills and new challenges
• Multi-culture work approach in environment like Asia and Europe preferred
