Job Description
- Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production, procurement, planning, R&D, quality, stores, logistics, accounts, and HR.
- Lead initial factory setup: coordinate construction, machinery installation, finalize layouts, implement SOPs, and recruit key leadership roles.
- Manage daily production operations, ensure quality standards, and implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
- Oversee sourcing of raw materials, packaging, machinery, and consumables; negotiate with vendors for cost-effective supply.
- Handle production planning, demand forecasting, inventory management, and cross-functional coordination with sales and logistics.
- Guide product development, process optimization, and compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
- Implement robust QC/QA systems, manage inventory, logistics, dispatch, and factory-level budgeting.
- Oversee hiring, training, performance monitoring, and ensure statutory compliance across factory teams.
- Build systems, dashboards, and workflows for seamless coordination, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Lead all factory teams, set KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws and safety standards.
