Education Qualification : Graduate in electronics /MSc in Electronics / Diploma in Electronics + 10 Years / B.E + 10 Years of Experience

Salary Range: 40 to 50 Gross
Job Summary : We are looking for an experienced and responsible Factory Manager to oversee and manage day-to-day warehouse operations at our Sewari facility. The role involves inventory control, dispatch management, manpower supervision, compliance, and process improvement to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities :
1 Factory Operations Management
· Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
· Ensure proper stacking, space utilization, and safety norms along with Inventory Officer.
2 Inventory Control
· Maintain stock accuracy and conduct periodic stock audits (Stationary, First Aid Kit, Boxes, Admin Material)
· Reconcile physical stock with system records.
· Monitor slow-moving, non-moving, and damaged inventory.
· Prevent stock pilferage and shrinkage.
3 Dispatch & Logistics Coordination
· Ensure materials are dispatched on time.
· Timely updates on any pending dispatch materials
· Coordinate with transporters and ensure timely delivery
4 Team Management
· Supervise ware house, loaders, and helpers, Quality Checking.
· Assign daily work targets to assembling team, Stock Team, Repairing Team
· Monitor discipline and attendance.
6 Safety & Housekeeping
· Ensure daily cleanliness is followed in warehouse.
· Avoid accidents through preventive measures.
7 Process Improvement
· Suggest cost- saving initiatives.
· Improve space utilization.
