Factory Manager

Oversee end-to-end procurement of raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, and services, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Prepare and execute production plans, aligning material availability, machine capacity, and manpower to meet production targets and dispatch timelines.

Maintain optimal inventory levels, implement FIFO/FEFO, and ensure traceability and ERP/MRP accuracy.

Coordinate operations across purchase, planning, production, QC, warehouse, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO, FDA, and other applicable regulatory standards; maintain documentation for audits and quality systems.

Lead and mentor teams, set KPIs, monitor performance, and implement cost control and process improvement initiatives.

Manage supplier relationships, conduct audits, and drive vendor development to improve quality, cost, and supply continuity.

Prepare MIS reports and provide management with accurate updates on procurement, planning, inventory, and operational risks
