Factory Digitalization Officer

• Define the overall digital transformation roadmap and strategy aligned with business goals.
• Identify key digital opportunities and prioritize initiatives based on business impact, which may include connection of different tools for seamless data transfer, utilisation, decision making etc.
• Develop roadmap and implementation plans for digital transformation projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams across departments to execute digital transformation projects.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
• Communicate plans and progress to key stakeholders, including leadership and employees.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Understanding of digital technologies including cloud computing, IT, OT and cybersecurity.
• Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and leadership skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• Business acumen and ability to align digital initiatives with overall business goals
• Knowledge of change management methodologies
• Overall understanding of business model, functions and their input/outputs.
