Job Description
- Manage day-to-day soft services operations across the facility
- Ensure building maintenance procedures and service standards are consistently followed
- Monitor energy usage, operational costs, and building performance for optimization
- Develop action plans for operational issues and ensure quick resolution
- Maintain workplace hygiene standards and ensure compliance with EHS regulations
- Coordinate emergency preparedness and safety procedures for soft services
- Manage vendor relationships and track performance against SLAs and KPIs
- Control service budgets and drive cost optimization initiatives
- Handle occupant requests, complaints, and workplace service needs
- Coordinate moves, adds, and changes (MAC) related to workplace operations
- Support workplace experience initiatives and employee engagement activities
- Organize and coordinate events and facility-related functions
- Maintain documentation for audits and regulatory compliance
- Train and support facility team members to improve service efficiency
- Collaborate with senior management to improve operational performance and team development
