Key Responsibilities

• Provide accounting advice and transactional support on M&A, divestitures, structured finance, IPOs, debt/equity offerings, leasing, and derivatives.
• Conduct research and interpretation of evolving standards under US GAAP, IFRS, and IND AS.
• Draft technical accounting memos and support accounting policy and governance initiatives.
• Perform technical research using FASB, SEC, IASB guidance, and public filings.
• Benchmark client data against industry standards to identify improvement opportunities.
• Support financial statement close, GAAP conversions, and implementation of new accounting standards.
• Ensure high-quality client deliverables and manage engagement progress.
