Job Description
- Develop export sales and manage distributors to drive growth of submersible pumps and motors across APAC, West Africa, and East Africa.
- Introduce new products into international markets.
- Plan and execute marketing activities for international sales.
- Drive sales through dealers and distributor networks.
- Conduct market development and channel expansion activities.
- Manage pricing, negotiation, and contract management for international clients.
- Build and maintain cross-cultural relationships and communication with international stakeholders.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reporting for export business.
- Travel across APAC, West Africa, and East Africa as per business requirements.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with internal teams and clients.
