Expert Software Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Report Development & Implementation:

• Develop and maintain reports using Geneva Report Scripting Language (RSL) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS).
• Translate accounting and business requirements into report specifications and deliverables.
• Participate in development activities as part of the Report Development Team.
• Conduct unit testing to ensure all reports handle various business scenarios accurately.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with fund accountants and other business contacts to understand requirements.
• Participate in Scrum meetings to discuss development progress and requirements.
• Support Geneva application and AGA maintenance releases.

Deployment & Maintenance:

• Prepare and stage report deliverables for production deployment.
• Independently manage Geneva upgrade processes.
• Migrate reports using new technologies when required.
