Perform Radio Network optimization
Perform root cause analyses - mapping between RF, Transmission and/or Core Network and share recommendations with relevant parties
Work hands-on at system level on various traces for correlation between KPIs on Network
Perform analysis based on Drive test /Driveless data and correlate with Radio OSS (Performance Management Report)/Other source of data for Network
Troubleshoot backhaul issues by monitoring jitter, packet loss and perform root cause analysis
Perform Worst Cell Performance Analysis, Alarm Monitoring and KPI Degradation analysis
Create Scripts, RET validation, Perform Pre & Post Health Checks
Responsible to manage of various LTE/VOLTE KPIs of Accessibility, retainability and Mobility
Solid knowledge of Basic Radio procedures in VoLTE/LTE/5G technologies
Responsible for Network Audit/Parameters comprising of overall Network Quality & Network Coverage.
Good understanding of 5G/VoLTE/LTE RAN Network based on Statistics monitoring
Rich experience on Ericsson 5G OSS access and commands
Perform 5G/VoLTE/LTE network optimization and drive test analysis
Work on network improvement and optimization tasks
Work on Drive test log file data analysis and troubleshooting
Very Good understanding of 5G/4G Layer 3 messages and can perform analysis and recommend parameter changes for network improvement
Need to possess excellent parametric knowledge for analyzing entire network parametric audit
Perform new feature trials for network improvement
Ability to work on TDD and FDD network
Ability to trouble shoot on a multiband, Layer strategy and multivendor network
Ability to trouble shoot on multi-technology- 5G/VoLTE/LTE, Event log Analysis
Qualification & Soft Skill: -
Must be an Engineering Graduate - BE/B.Tech (Preferred in Electronics & Communication stream) with 5 to 10 years experience.
Must have min. 2 years hands on Experience on Ericsson- prefer multi-vendor experience
Must have above average communication skills
