Expert Engineer, BI

About the Role:

• Design and develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards for clear and concise data presentation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements and translate them into Power BI solutions
• Conduct data modeling and analysis to ensure accurate visualizations
• Optimize reports for performance, responsiveness, and user experience
• Conduct testing and QA to verify data accuracy and dashboard functionality
• Troubleshoot issues with data connections, gateways, services, and report performance
• Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
• Stay current with Power BI updates, recommending improvements where relevant

About You:

• Proven experience as a Power BI Report Developer or similar role
• Expertise in Power BI and data visualization best practices
• Experience with Paginated Reports using Power BI Report Builder
• Skilled in Power Automate for creating and configuring workflows
• Experience with Virtual Data Gateway and Enterprise Data Gateway configuration
• Strong in data modeling, transformation, and analysis
• Proficient in DAX and SQL
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Passion for industries such as healthcare, financial services, or software development
• Eagerness to learn and push boundaries
